Contract Overview

This agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of ThreatShield services under a monthly subscription with a one (1) year contract commitment. By signing this Agreement or subscribing to ThreatShield services, the customer ("Subscriber") agrees to the terms described herein.

Term Length

  • The subscription term is for one (1) full calendar year, beginning on the date of account activation
  • The contract automatically renews annually unless canceled in accordance with the terms below

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscribers may request cancellation of service within 30 days prior to the renewal date to avoid renewal for the next term
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to vdd@cybersecure.ai
  • Subscribers may also request an early termination of service prior to the contract end date; however, the subscription will remain active until the contract deadline has been reached, and no prorated refunds will be issued
  • Failure to submit a cancellation request prior to renewal will result in automatic renewal and continuation of service for the next contract term

Return and Refund Policy

  • ThreatShield does not offer returns or refunds for subscriptions under contract
  • Once the Agreement is signed and service has commenced, the Subscriber is committed for the full one (1) year term
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused services

Renewal Terms

  • At the end of each contract year, the subscription will automatically renew for an additional one (1) year term
  • Subscribers will receive a renewal notification prior to renewal and may opt out by submitting a cancellation request within 30 days of the renewal date
  • If no cancellation request is received, the renewed contract will be considered binding for the subsequent term

Modification of Services or Terms

  • ThreatShield reserves the right to update service offerings, pricing, or terms with prior notice to the Subscriber
  • Continued use of ThreatShield services after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ThreatShield operates.

Acceptance

By signing or digitally accepting this Agreement, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated herein. The Subscriber agrees to the one (1) year commitment and understands that cancellations are only valid as described above.
