1. Open Beta Agreement

ThreatShield AI is currently in Open Beta testing phase. By registering for and using this application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This is a test environment designed to evaluate application functionality and performance
• The application may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• All data collected, stored, or processed during the Beta period is NOT GUARANTEED to be retained after the Beta phase concludes
• User accounts, training progress, campaign data, and all associated information may be deleted without notice when transitioning from Beta to production
• ThreatShield reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Beta program at any time without prior notice

2. Data Loss and Liability Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: ThreatShield and its affiliates are NOT RESPONSIBLE for:

• Any data loss, corruption, or deletion that occurs within the application
• Loss of user account information, training records, or campaign progress
• Unauthorized access to or disclosure of data stored in the application
• Any interruption, downtime, or unavailability of the service
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application

You use this Beta application entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you do not store critical or sensitive business data in this Beta environment.

3. Acceptable Use

By using ThreatShield, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Use the application for legitimate cybersecurity training purposes only
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise the application's security
• Not use the application to conduct actual phishing attacks or other malicious activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Data Collection and Privacy

During the Beta period, we may collect:

• User account information (username, email, company name)
• Training activity and campaign progress data
• Login history and usage analytics
• Technical information for debugging and improvement purposes

This data is used solely for testing, improving application functionality, and providing the service. However, as stated above, we do not guarantee the retention or security of this data during the Beta phase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ThreatShield (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of ThreatShield and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Account Termination

ThreatShield reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in abusive or malicious behavior
• The Beta program concludes
• We determine termination is necessary for security or operational reasons

7. No Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREATSHIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Changes to Terms

ThreatShield reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
